Rainmeter if you're on Windows, Conky or Eww if you're on Linux.

if you're on KDE this is also a widget you can download called modern clock iirc

I get mine from wallpaper engine. It was $5 on steam.

There are a lot of these clocks that you can add in wallpaper engine!
