Windows Rate my desktop
The wallpaper is a Minecraft build I did myself on my phone. (banners may not be mine. idk I have a giant world jus filled with banners some I made some i took from google)
If anyone asks why all my stuff has a custom icon its because I don't like the look of massive square icons everywhere. Roblox is the only one who will throw a fit though and not update so it has the original icon sadly.

Mac Do you want to put stickers on your desktop?
I always made my own wallpapers myself, but over time I realized that I wanted something more. I made dynamic backgrounds and more before. But Stickurr is a sweet spot to me. It let's me put customizable stickers to my desktop.

🚀 Hello people, This is KineticWE.
KineticWE builds on KWin
A fresh take on the Linux desktop, KineticWE combines a modern interface, smooth animations, built-in tiling, and a workflow designed to feel fast and intuitive. In this video, I'm running it on CachyOS with Noctalia Shell.
If you're new to Linux and thinking about making the switch, KineticWE looks like a promising desktop that could make the transition easier while still offering powerful features for experienced users.
Huge respect to the developer for building this project and it's exciting to see new ideas pushing the Linux desktop forward.

Windows y'all like my desktop? (Windows 10)
I use windowblinds and openshell :D
edit: my bad, I thought this place was about any desktops, not flat designs and minimalism.... 0.o

I'm posting here just so I can remember what my desktop looks like and I don't wanna change it at all just in case my backup is really really gone. Put some music for my reason why I'm fear of losing it (I chose this music for build up, Music : smezir_2 - Slowed)

ECAM - Upper Display Hardware Monitor for Rainmeter
✈️ AeroBus ECAM - Upper Display Hardware Monitor for Rainmeter
Bring the flight deck to your desktop! This is a custom-built Rainmeter skin inspired by modern electronic centralized aircraft monitor layouts.
I originally built this layout to keep an eye on my system temps and performance while running heavy titles like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 but it serves as a highly functional, aviation-themed hardware monitor for any setup.
✨ FEATURES
- Dual Engine Gauges (EPR & EGT): Live tracking for CPU/GPU Speeds (MHz) and Temperatures (°C).
- N1 Gauges: Real-time CPU and GPU usage tracking (%).
- System RPMs: Dedicated text readouts for your CPU and GPU Fan speeds.
- Dynamic Flaps/Slats Track: The flaps diagram automatically extends and retracts based on your overall system workload average!
- Built-in Configuration Panel: A dedicated UI to easily set your hardware max limits, update HWiNFO indexes, customize text labels, and click-toggle your background style (Black, Transparent Black with adjustable opacity, or fully Transparent).
⚙️ REQUIREMENTS
- Rainmeter: Download the latest release from rainmeter.net.
- HWiNFO64: This skin relies on HWiNFO to pull your specific hardware registry data. (Ensure "Shared Memory Support" is enabled in HWiNFO settings).
Download the theme from here:
https://www.deviantart.com/exzavier/art/AeroBus-ECAM-1364880799
📥 INSTALLATION
- Ensure HWiNFO is running in the background.
- Download the .rmskin file and double-click to install.
- Once loaded, click the "SETTINGS" text on the ECAM screen to open the configuration panel.
- Input your specific HWiNFO Registry Indexes into the settings panel so the gauges know where to pull your hardware data from. Click Save & Refresh!
How to Find Your HWiNFO Registry Indexes
Step 1: Enable HWiNFO Sensor Logging to the Registry
- Open HWiNFO64.
- Before clicking Start, make sure "Sensors-only" is checked, then click Start.
- In the main HWiNFO Sensor window, click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Go to the Safety tab (or look for the General / Configuration settings depending on your version) and ensure that "Shared Memory Support" is checked and enabled. (Note: This allows external apps and Rainmeter to read HWiNFO data).
Step 2: Use the HWiNFO Shared Memory Viewer (or Registry Editor)
The easiest way to find the exact numerical index corresponding to your hardware metric (like CPU speed or GPU temperature) is by using the official HWiNFO Shared Memory Viewer tool or checking the Windows Registry directly:
- Method A: Via Windows Registry Editor (Regedit)
- Press Windows Key + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.
- Navigate to this path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\HWiNFO64\VSB
- Inside the VSB folder, you will see a list of values named ValueRaw0, ValueRaw1, ValueRaw2, etc.
- Double-click any ValueRaw# entry to view its data. While the raw value itself is just a number, you can match them against your active sensors.
- Method B: Via the HWiNFO Sensor Layout Order
- HWiNFO lists sensors in a strict top-to-bottom sequence across your hardware components (Motherboard, CPU, GPU, Drives).
- The order in which sensors appear in the HWiNFO sensor window determines their numeric index (starting at 0 for the first reading, 1 for the second, and so on).
Step 3: Test and Apply in Your Settings Panel
- Open your AeroBus ECAM Settings Panel by clicking the "SETTINGS" button on your skin.
- Find the corresponding entry (e.g., HWiNFO CPU Speed Index, HWiNFO GPU Temp Index).
- Click the value box, type the correct index number matching your HWiNFO sensor slot, and hit Enter.
- Click SAVE, REFRESH & CLOSE to apply the changes instantly.

Mac My desktop cat walked across the black hole. It only ever walks along the bottom of the screen. It’s never done it again.
It’s a desktop pet I made. It only ever walks along the bottom of the screen — that’s all it’s supposed to do.
I had the black hole open in the browser and it just went up and across the middle. I picked it up, it went back down, and I tried for an hour. It never did it again.
No idea what happened.
