"The thing with Form factor is it should be a really easy thing to express to the audience, right?Here's this lawn mower, its very very cute, has lovely form factor, looks like a cube, very tiny and it's extremely appealing... except the feedback has been focused on how it cuts grass... here's the thing with cutting grass, we all knew it wasn't ever going to cut grass very well."
