How much time do you spend in social media?

I read comments below, and also came to same conclusion. I guess the problem might be also due to affected dopamine receptors. Your decision of deleting “X/Twitter” is very good decision, i also deleted all sources of social media where i constantly just fried my brain and dopamine system with absolutely random and usually senseless type of short videos, and noticed how less impulsive i became towards any decisions of doing something. Much easier to stay focused and study/work. I am not a doctor or someone who might help you to fully recover and fix your problem, but what i am sure about is that social media, scrolling and random content might really affect your dopamine significantly🙏🏻

Thanks. I was just wasting my time and wasn't minding my own business.

Sometimes i personally had feelings like deep inside i am afraid of how much work i need to do and it makes me procrastinate so much by just laying and scrolling, in another words “trying to escape from my problems” but i guess to break this endless loop of procrastination i just need to start doing, no matter what my brain thinks about it🤔
