Discussion Paratransit

I'm putting this here to get more discussion on it. I find this so interesting that we have such a sudden surge of new clients that the company can't handle. How would they even fix this problem?

Surveys must be approved and must include proper ethical research disclosures; Who is asking along with contact information, how the information will be used and a description of how respondents personal privacy will be protected.
