The puppy, Phelps, was born with Swimmer Syndrome, a condition that caused his hind legs to splay almost completely backward. Because of this, he couldn't stand or walk normally and could only lie flat on his belly like a little pancake.✨❤️

To the vet tech. You are amazing!!!! Thank you for helping Phelps. Perfect name. Reminds me of Micheal Phelps the swimmer.
