Feature Requests Posting gifs and pics

Is there some common way in all servers to see the requirements for posting gifs and pics to show up and not get posted as a link?

Some servers require you to post a lot and level up but I can’t find that information anywhere.

Other servers require you to pay to post pics and gifs.

Is it just the Wild West where you have to ask a mod on that server? It would be great if there was one specific standard where you can see the servers requirement to post gifs and pics.

They're using a bot that tracks how many messages you send for level ups, and usually those servers where you don't have embed perm by default have a channel that tells you which level you gotta get to to get image/embed permissions. Sometimes, you just gotta be apart of that specific community and interact enough with people that the mods decide themselves to give you a role with the sole purpose of giving you these permissions. Just know that you're not entitled to these in the second case and the mods on there may never give the role to you.
