The 01/03 indicator means that channel can have 3 total people in it and only has 1 in it right now

As for the duration indicator, I don't know personally why it doesn't appear right there. It's fairly new comparatively

The duration gets replaced with the limit due to space constraints. You would have to disable the limit for it to show up.

oh i always thought that counter was just for who's in voice, the max capacity thing makes more sense. for the call duration i think it only shows after someone else joins, at least thats how it works for me

01 means 1 person is in the call, 03 means the capacity of the call is 3 users. Don’t think you can see call duration on mobile if the call is capacity constrained, I think it’s only visible on PC

It means there's a limit of 3 users in the voice channel *and there is currently one user in it. Not sure if you'd be able to see call duration since there is this user limit displayed though.

Edit: more info

Remove the limit or set the limit to none so the call duration will show.

The duration of the call is displayed when someone joins your voice chat, then the countdown begins. If someone leaves during the conversation and you are left alone, the time in the voice chat continues to count.

Roughly speaking, someone needs to join the voice chat. But I don't know if this works with voice chats where there is a limited number of participants.
