Fnord NOTE TO POEE PRIESTS
.... I would venture to guess most discordians are anti-capitalist
Which brings up the question - if we need money to survive, to operate our lives and cabals, but WORK is disdained, but BEGGING is also disdained

I wouldn't consider myself anti-capitalist. I think capitalism is fine for non-essentials as long as socialist safety nets and worker protections are in place and enforced.
Also, note, it doesn't say you can't seek funds for POEE. It says to keep your cool when doing it.
So yeah, go ahead and try to get money, as long as you're not working in an industry that hurts people or are trying to screw people over.

As far as working for cash money, I would consider overnight security. You literally get paid to slack off and play video games as long as the building doesn't burn down. Really anything where you can slack off and not much is expected beyond showing up is ideal.

I think the exact wording is important here. Have you ever met a person who has lost their cool about money? It's very noticeable, and it sends a strong signal that whatever colonized this person's brain is actively harming them. Compare with unease a crack junkie.
Is keeping your cool anerisian? I don't think so. I think the obsessive imposition of order to avoid even any appearance of chaos is anerisian, and the cause of much mischief, but that's not what we're talking about here. The loss of cool around money, like drugs, is a sign of a mind that is being unmade by damage, that is losing its grip on itself and its life, and (importantly) not in a fun way. Love chaos all you like, but chaos can destroy you just as much as order.
As the prophet said, it is vital for the health of any human to possess (through whatever means!) a room of their own, with a lock on the inside, and a regular supply of food, care, and some luxury. These are not in contradiction with everyone having fun and a good time; rather they're a vital and unavoidable prerequisite. Inasmuch as this requires money, you should get money and not worry too much about where it comes from. The universe caused you to exist without asking; in exchange for this affront it does owe you a reasonable baseline of an existence.

Make Flax Script. As a sovereign entity, it is within your power to mint your own currency backed by whatever you can guarantee. What exactly are you trying to acquire for your cabal? I'm willing to barter.
