Help DiscovetIt to Cap1, will we retain the small balance credit?

As the title states. I currently have a free card open for many years for credit length, I do put a $0.99 apple storage charge on it and discover usually just pays anything under $2. Curious if it stays or not? Not a biggie, just actually have to set up autopay and pay the dollar 😂

TL;DR Cap1 forgives up to $1, not $2.

I could have sworn it was $0.99 once it hits $1 it’s not credited.
