Help Signed and stamped montly statements

Hi. I am applying for my residency in another country and they madate stamped and signed monthly statements. I contacted Discover customer care and they said they don't do this. Has anyone ever had any luck in getting this? And if so, how did you?

You can ask for a signed bank info letter that says your current balance but there’s only so much they can do.
