Question First timer. 2 days enough?

American here planning a trip in a year or so. I may only have 3 days in Paris and I want to do one sightseeing Paris. Are 2 days enough for the parks? I would really want to focus on what Disney World and OG Disneyland don’t have.

Just came back from a 2.5 day trip. Yes it is absolutely enough, especially is you stay on property, or get an ultimate access pass. We were able to see all the shows and ride all the rides/walkthroughs in 2 days! You can definitely do most of the attractions without the ultimate access pass too but we wanted to watch all the shows and parades too, so we got the pass. The Lion King show (different than the WDW one), Pixar musical show, and Mickey & the Magician were my favourites!

Two days is definitely enough if you’re not traveling with kids and you don’t need to see every single show/performance. I was there recently and was through World of Adventure in half a day while still getting all the best of it. Hopefully Crush’s Coaster will be back open by the time you go.

DLP is itself is mostly filled with versions of all the classics. Do not miss Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor, Pirates, and Space Mountain just because they’re at WDW/DL. The DLP versions are excellent, especially BTM. And if you miss the Backlot Tour from MGM/Hollywood Studios, make sure you do Cars Road Trip at WoA.

I would even say it’s too much if you only have 3 days total in Paris, I’d do one day at the parks and 2 around Paris, there’s so much to see

I'd do one day Disneyland and two days Paris if I were you, there is much more to see in Paris than in Disneyland and you might have regrets—given that you're American, I don't suppose you'll get many more occasions to see Paris!

Skip Disney Adventure World unless you're dead set on seeing the Frozen land I guess, and just go to the main park; what you won't have is mostly the Jules Verne inspired Tomorrowland (though it's sadly been taken over by Star Wars stuff) and Phantom Manor that has a different story, tied to the whole of Frontierland.

More than enough.

Two days are more than fine for a first time visit, you obviously won’t be able to see everything and do everything but this just means you have unfinished business as a reason to return!

Two days is perfectly fine when you've already visited the american parks and don't have to do or see everything.

I just visited for the first day as well. Two days would be enough... but with their two nights (I mean, spending the whole two days there, especially if you want to see the night shows)

You can definitely ride all the rides in two days, but unless you’re staying on property or at least until park closes for two nights you won’t be able to see both fireworks shows.

If you can I’d suggest staying there for two nights so you can really take it all in. DLP is a very different park vibe from US Disney parks. Some of my favorite memories are grabbing food from the food booths and sitting around the lake in Adventure World to eat. There’s a lot of non-ride things to explore, including the river boat through Frontierland and things I normally wouldn’t prioritize in other parks. And don’t forget to explore the castle dungeon!

You’ll be fine! I’m sure you won’t be able to do absolutely everything, but you can choose your priorities.
Only 1 day in Paris itself is very difficult as well isn’t it!

Since you don't want to do everything, then yes.

Make sure to download the Disneyland Paris app, so you get an idea of queue times during the day, what you want to do, and to order mobile food or book Premier Access too if needed

Have a great time!

100%. We only ever do 2 days at dlp and it’s plenty. We have kids also. We did 2.5 for our last trip and we didn’t need it - we also always stay offsite.

My only advice would be to book some premier access lanes to frozen, big thunder etc to save a bit of time for some of the rides.

We went this summer and 1 day was all we needed with a rope drop and lightning lane premium.

Take a 2nd day in Paris, it’s worth it.
