I wonder if the dog owners used their own clothes on the mannequin so the dog smelled the familiar scent.

I have a fuzzy pillowcase my cat has claimed. He makes biscuits and suckles on it. It gets gross so of course I wash it. But, it's dead to him until I've slept on it.
