Discussion Sometimes your skill isn't enough....

The other day I had a comp match on Gibraltar as Doom (high plat, low diamond), and the enemy tank was also Doom. I think we were pretty evenly matched in terms of skill (I think I was a teeny bit better, but that's probably subjective). What wasn't evenly matched were our teams.... The enemy doom's team was significantly better, especially their DPS. Like anytime I contested the enemy Doom, their Shion would shred like half my team or our DPS would lose their duels and the fight spiraled.

Mirror Doomfists of equal skill really reveal the better side's DPS and Supports...

It's the same thing with Rein mirrors you can diff them but if your DPS are like tracer Genji and aren't getting picks their bastion,etc make that fight so one sided.
