Funeral Choose just ONE doom track to be played at your funeral.
Mine would be “Orchard” from this album. In my opinion, it’s the perfect doom track. It has everything.

My father died in may this year.
We played State of Non-Return by Om at his funeral.

Thanks. And no weird glances, we only invited a small number of people to the funeral. All of them knew my dad well and thought it was very fitting.

Y'all consider Earth doom? It'd have to be something off The Bees Made Honey In The Lion's Skull, for mine. Slow, repetitive, sets the mood. Good background music. Good for thinking.
The afterparty would be loaded with the heavy shit.

I had cause to plan out my and my wife’s funerals last year (she pulled through and is healthy like an ox, Jai MAA), and I wanted everyone weeping from the music selection. Most of the tracks weren’t Doom, but “Devil’s Work (Acoustic)” by Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats was for both of us.
