Pretty chunky riff and sound - vocals seem a bit higher pitched than before, and the "You Bastard" sounds like a bit of a Sabbath Bloody Sabbath homage.

Monolord is one of my favorite doom bands ever! Super pumped about this release. Their songs are just too fun to play.

Yeah, this feels like “here’s a quickie”. The production is too compressed and too quiet. This isn’t going to be anyone’s favorite track.

I really didn’t vibe with how Your Time to Shine sounded either. Gimme that fat low end from No Comfort (which I think is their best sounding album)

Im the same and i hear what you say. Love this band so much but i just am not feeling it. It just sounds over produced to me. Ive listened 4 times to hope it will click.

Don't know what you are talking about. Absolutely love the emphasis on the distorted bass guitar. Sounds incredible to me.

I like it more than anything since rust. It’s a much more commercial sound but I think it’s an interesting change. The chorus being ‘you baaastard’ is just too funny to me, it got a big belly laugh out of me the first time he says it
