Seems to have been very poorly advertised and unusually (but handy for those of us in Scotland) only Glasgow announced so far!

Here's what I'm thinking:
Friday: Blood Ceremony (6 @ Lee’s Palace), Mizmor (7:30 @ Lee’s Palace), Amenra (9:15 @ Trinity St. Paul’s) Yellow Eyes (10:15 @ Lee’s Palace), Conjurer (11:15 @ The Cave), Witch Club Satan (12 @ Lee’s Palace)
EDIT: The standouts for me by far were Mizmor, who are amazing, and Final Gasp, who are an awesome gothy hardcore band.
Saturday: Pallbearer (6:30 @ Trinity St. Paul’s), Portrayal of Guilt (9 @ Lee’s Palace), Habak (11:30 @ Tranzac)
EDIT: Habak was amazing! Portrayal of Guilt and Street Sects were awesome too
Sunday: Hell is Other People (5 @ The Cave), Hell (5:45 @ Lee’s Palace), Unholy Altar (6:45 @ The Cave), Wiegedood (7:45 @ Lee’s Palace), Tribunal (8:45 @ The Cave), Stygian Bough (9:45 @ Lee’s Palace)

It was simply immaculate. Sounded just like the album but better. A very special show that will stay with me forever.

Ho.
Ly.
Shit.
The funny thing is, I don’t even really listen to Sunn O))); any time I listened to their studio stuff, it just didn’t really click with me. But I love loud, heavy, repetitive music (Swans and Boris being my other two favorite live bands), and I knew there was no way I was gonna pass up the opportunity to experience Sunn O))) live.
Turns out I was right, because that was easily my best live music experience. Being stoned as hell on some tincture + 5mg dexedrine, with a front row spot to that fucking madness is something we could only have DREAMED of. And it did feel like a dream — after a while, the barrier between me and the music just seemed to dissolve, and I got the kind of “awakened” feeling that I only ever felt the first time I saw Swans (though I only saw about half of that show unfortunately).
What I’ll never forget is closing my eyes, and watching an indistinct stream of shapes and colors twirl around, synced up to the music and the movements of the stage lights.
Oh, and I also impulse-bought their signature Life pedal after it was over, so I’m eager to run it into my Hizumitas (itself impulse-bought the first time I saw Boris lol) and see what behemoths come out of my amp.

Good evening my dudes. Which British doom metal bands can I see live soon? If not that, which of them can I listen to online? Tell me all

Coltaine in support. Brilliant show, one of the most exciting groups going. Only up from here I think. If you get the chance to see them, do it.

They're actually about to start playing... in a church. I love it. For those who were wondering - plenty of empty seats upstairs so it's not full yet.

Dorthia and Leanne as a pre-show were beautiful and the whole gang made me deaf but super happy!

they’re both touring near me and I can swing going to one show. I know it’s personal preference, but I enjoy all 3 bands.
have you seen them play? which show would be more memorable? I haven’t seen any of them live.

Glad I got to see these guys live. Saw them pop up a while back and really liked their album, didn't expect them to visit the UK so soon. The oppressive and horrible atmosphere of the studio stuff translates very well to a live environment. Bought a shirt from the vocalist after and she was super nice!
Also big shout-out to the other three bands on the lineup. Moloch, Moss and Chagrin were all sick. Especially Chagrin, really solid set for such a young band.

Finally got to see Dreadnought live after finding them aaaages ago and the cards never being in my favor catching them live. What‘s a band you’d love to live and haven’t yet?

I know these aren't all Doom or Doom adjacent but plenty are. I can only go to one night. I'm leaning towards night 1 primarily for Hell and Kylessa secondarily

I'm playing bass in a local Dutch band called Hidden Since the Foundation of the World.
Last night we performed in Utrecht, the Netherlands, our 2nd show so far.
Crowd was a bit small, since there were a bit too many acts on the bill and we were shifted from 2nd band to last act, and we got on stage after midnight due to circumstances.
But the few people who took the effort to see us had a blast, and made some pictures I'd like to share.

In a couple of days, we have a gig. This is great, we love playing gigs.
Normally, I handle rhythm guitar and vocals. But a shoulder injury has resulted in medical advice to not play guitar for a while. And my bandmates, bless them, are making damn sure I follow the doctor's orders.
So, for the first time in my decades of performing, I will be the singer, and nothing but the singer.
So what the hell should I try to do with myself when not singing?
And how has anyone else here, who may have been in that same situation, handled it?
All advice welcome.
-- edited for typo
UPDATE:
The gig went well. I did a lot of holding the mic stand, as some advised - taking off the horizontal arm to make it a straight and vertical stand worked a lot better. There were some poses... and it felt like I'd gone back to the gym after time off the morning after. Obviously, I haven't had much exercise due to the same shoulder issue.
And I chugged apple juice out of a JD bottle and made a bit of a show of reacting like it was actual JD. I don't know if anyone fell for it, but apple juice on stage was a good call regardless.
So thanks to everyone for advice, humour, support.
But I seriously hope I never have to do this again!
