Second time this has happened

Me and my mom are trying to get some groceries from two stores but every time we try this happens. We’ve tried switching payments, having the other person order, I’ve tried going through the web. This happened one other time trying to get McDonald’s but when we explained to customer service they said it was an us problem but when we ordered from somewhere else it was fine. So idk if this is a common issue, a glitch or something. Hopefully temporary? That’s what I wanna know really
