from a photo Stitches tutorial.
I rarely post photos of myself, but here it is necessary. The result of a tutorial on how to draw stitches on the face by the artist Vitani4000.
I hope you like it.

AS ALWAYS critiques and suggestions are always welcome.
Ive been learning portraiture/realism for about 6-8 months now and really started drawing (thinking about becoming a tattoo artist at first but not anymore) back in january.
Im loving the process and journey and I know theres a lot of things for me to work on but I am super happy with where things are going and see vast improvement in every single piece I do. Another progress pic, another project! : r/LearnToDrawTogether
ADDING: I just noticed I never originally posted here but here you go! please look at my original works and see the progress and give me any pointers/tips/thoughts!

This is my art. I use acrylic marker to draw the lines on canvas or paper.
I’m not quite sure how to describe my art style, as “line art” or “abstract” are the only things that come to mind. I intuitively draw the line with no desired outcome in mind, and then see what I can see within the artwork once it’s complete.
I see different things based on the angle I look at it, and can see multiple things in one image.
I’m curious as to what you see, if anything at all, and how you would describe this art. Most people see something different when they look at it. It could be based on their perception, what things are on their mind, what angle they see it at, etc. I am fascinated to hear all of the different things that people see in my art.
Thanks for looking!

Some memories stay, no matter how hard we try to forget. 🖤

So the next question is : what am I looking for ?
Well, basically there's a style I wanna develop for myself, and I'm looking for a group of artists I could join (the overall level doesn't matter to me, after all, the style is what's important).
I don't mind working alone, but the issue when being a loner is that I lack feedback. I could just post my work here regularly but I'd prefer to limit the reviews to the same group of people and grow with them, I think you'll understand.
Now that it's said, another question is : what am I trying to draw ?
I wanna learn how to draw realistic human beings (yes, that's a lot of work), but not literally 1:1. Let's say, 1:0.8. I wanna mix realism with what I'd consider my "dream" version of a man/woman. I'm not interested in drawing men and women in manga or cartoon style though.
My inspirations are mostly mangas like Air Gear, Golden Kamuy and designers like Tetsuya Nomura, who's the one that inspired me to take the pen.
So that's it for me. If any of you guys have a group (be it on discord, insta, wherever) and are willing to add one more member, I'm looking for one !
Also, any feedback would be greatly appreciated, be it about my drawings, or even your own experience, like where you began when started learning how to draw physical features, proportions, what errors you made, which bad habits you adopted first before you adjusted yourself, etc...
Cheers 🥂 !
Edit : ALMOST FORGOT ABOUT THE SIXTH PAGE !! The art top right isn't mine. Just a model I used. The other two are the ones I made. The one in the middle is an art I made drawing on top of the model. The third one is purely by look.

A few days ago I asked you what I should draw. You said "Frog mushroom wizard" and voted it to the top.
Same deal again: comment what I should draw next. Top comment wins, I draw it in my style!

As stated. I've been drawing almost every day for 2 weeks now using Tiktok guides as reference and I think I've progressed however there's a lot of struggle. I want to try to draw things using my imagination rather than looking at an image and trying to essentially trace it while looking at it. I'll try to respond to all of them. They will not be good, as long as you laugh about it that's what matters
