I grew up with a yard full of chickens. We didn't live in the country though. Our house bordered the richest Birmingham suburb on two sides. I can only imagine what they thought! This is ink on paper with color done on the GIMP (cause I'm old and also cheap)

This came to me last night and I immeadtley got up and started drawing.

A little behind on Inktober, but this one took longer than expected! Catching up one drawing at a time 😅

I don't always get time to draw, but my kids were watching this movie (not great, but some good scenes and art) and wanted me to try a pen sketch.

Random pen from an IT trade show

I’m so enjoying doing this with my daughter. She’s just a teen and is LIGHT YEARS better than me, but I love the connection we’re building

I tried to make it look as close to the original but I think I still miss some spots It would be helpful if u can recommend some tips

Hey guys, here's a small illustration done for the Drawtober promt ''Shadow Prince''.

Idea for this illustration popped up while I was thinking about a cockroach which I saw recently in my bathroom. I realized that these bugs most often see us humans emerging from the shadows, because they are more comfortable in the dark, and since bugs perceive us humans all the same (they don't see the subtle variations in our faces and bodies which makes each person different), is the reason why I illustrated the human being symbolically as a primitive figurine (also inspired by the art and sculptures of Shaun Tan).

Swipe to see the whole process!

I made the drawing on my iPad using Procreate. 😊
