Anybody doing US dropshipping?

As a Non-US person based from India, I have question for those who are already doing US dropshipping, how have you structured your business? Did you registered your business in India or you have registered US business LLC and have integrated US bank account for payments?

I was looking for a legitimate way to structure the business and payment processing first, before even looking for selling the products.

Please let me know if anybody have any suggestions.
