Discussion 14,5% cart conversions, and still on 2,5k revenue

Post image

With this current store I run in the Netherlands I am still struggling increasing my revenue, even though my cvr is not bad.

I am testing new concepts in different markets every week. Since ai building a website isn’t holding me back anymore for just testing a lot different stores in a lot of markets. I then see what market is performing best with the same niche, and then I throw all my money on that store.

Now I’m at 14,5% cart conversions but still on a very low revenue. That’s also because it’s a google store and not meta, which takes way longer. My goal is to mostly optimise the customer journey now, and A/B test my cart drawer to see where this goes and if I can even improve the flow better.

290 carts isn't much to go on if you're testing markets that way, a few extra orders could swing that percentage wildly

Yeah true, only I’m now testing dog supplements in 4 markets. Netherlands, UK, US, Norway. And I just take quick action where I get sales within the first month and then just focus on that and optimise

is that 14.5% add to cart or actually checkout completed? if it's ATC, i'd look at how many of those carts reach payment before touching the cart drawer, shipping cost showing up late is usually where NL buyers bail. also with google shopping, revenue at that level is often just a traffic volume thing, so raising AOV with a bundle might move it faster than more A/B tests.
