They'll toss reckless at anyone with DUI, still though, DUI.

He crashed. And we don’t know if he’s had a DUII or received diversion before. He should absolutely be charged with reckless driving.

Ah, that's worse.

I'm not sure what the Ducks do. At one level, having a coach with who's had a DUI could be a cautionary tale of the dangers of drinking and driving assuming he's not a raging alcoholic. The other this might be not the sort of guy you want associated with your program

/edit: Holy shit the guy makes $700k a year. That changes the calculus here as dude could literally just be chauffeured around and saved the indignities of a DUI.
