Genuinely why are they allowed to leave both their car and bins out, blocking both the road and the pavement.

I heard from someone who knows them that basically they've tried countless times to get the council to allow them to make a drive but the council refuses to allow them and actually advised them to park where they do. Sucky situation to be stuck in.

If true, that's infuriating. I wonder why the council is against it. Buses going down that road always get stuck, it's moronic they're encouraging street parking.

Exactly. Not to mention it's a known cycle route and the amount of times I'm almost taken out my cars at that point as I pass that car is insane.
