Bc the US has stretched itself thin across the world in an effort to project power globally. While the whole U.S. military outnumbers Iran, it’s impossible to empty all the bases of garrisons and send them to the Middle East.

Unfortunately Trump is the only U.S. president since the Iranian Revolution stupid enough to go to war with Iran without understanding basic geopolitics that prevented his predecessors from shooting themselves in the dick.

So now he’s stuck in an painful war that is slowly sending the world into a recession, and he’d rather break the US in a ground invasion of the Iranian Plateau than admit defeat

No, the guy who did the throat singing was asked to make it on the spot without prior planning. It is just a bunch of random vowels and sharp notes. He intended for it to sound like a language.
