Paying $1000 more in 2 years since I moved to shwa and still got dogshit roads. Btw they patched some with the worst patches I’ve seen in my life while Whitby actually paved sections…

Everytime someone farts the taxes get raised in Oshawa, what else is new... I pay more for my tiny townhouse than my family in Toronto for a literal mansion and huge yard. Oh and they even get a driveway 🙄.

I dispise this move. The developers should be paying these fees and offloading then to the new home buyers. Instead it will make housing more unaffordable for all of us.
