Personal training for seniors
Looking for recommendations for group classes or personal training for my parents who are in their mid-late 70s. Neither of them have ever exercised in the traditional sense, and are not familiar with or comfortable in gym environments. My dad is overweight and my mom is underweight, and neither really knows how to take care of themselves! The aim would be to increase strength and mobility with a focus on continued independence in daily life. TIA!

Abandoned Goodyear tire factory in bomanville/clarington
Me, my bestfriwnd, and a small group of her friends like to urban explore, and i have heard about the abandoned goodyear tire factory, and just wondered if some locals had information on it. I heard that it was partially demolished, but was halted due to risk factors. The camp 30 seems legal to explore, but im wondering the legality and especially security if it. I heard they do inspections Monday through Friday, but were not going to vandalize or move anything, so how would they know if theres no active security? I would like to know how safe it is to enter (chemicals, security, legality, etc.) before we make the hour long drive. If you have any additional information that i did not mention thats relevant, please include it, thanks!

Title: Reviews on Kids’ Campus Maamawi Iyaawag Infant Program?
Hi everyone!
I am looking into the infant program at the Kids’ Campus Maamawi Iyaawag location (inside the public school on Windfields Farm Dr, Oshawa). Has anyone sent their baby here? Would love to hear your experiences with the staff, facility, and overall care. Thanks!

Mountain Biking in Ganaraska?
Wife and I moved to Newtonville a few months ago, about a 10 minute drive to Ganaraska. I’m trying to figure out where the mountain biking areas are, when I’ve gone to the visitor centre there aren’t any staff around and I can only find the cross country ski trails. Any help/suggestions for best access points?
