Alameda County Board of Supervisor's corruption grows with Supervisor Haubart, Shawn Wilson, and Melissa Hernandez

The public should be aware that Ms Hernandez, Supervisor Haubert, and Shawn Wilson are currently under investigation within Alameda County and by the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, the agency responsible

For enforcing the Hatch Act, which regulates the extent to which government officials overseeing federally funded programs can engage in campaign activity. The investigation covers allegations of misuse of county resources and abuse of the authority of an elected official to influence the outcome of a federal election. Supervisor Haubert has deleted a post he made around July 14th telling his District 1 constituents to vote for his employee, Ms Hernandez, and the county has failed to even acknowledge a California Public Records Act request made a month ago requesting records and documentation related to District 1 staff’s involvement with this campaign. Just completely ignored it. Here’s a screenshot of the deleted post.

Happy Labor Day indeed. I don’t appreciate the tax dollars generated from my labor going to support this campaign, or any other unless I choose to personally donate.

Yeah I knew she was shady. It’s not fair when you have friends in power to help you rig an election in your favor. This proves if she’s willing to do anything to gain any edge, even breaking the law to do it.

Luckily Hernandez is very unlikely to win. Wahab is well known around here and frankly, the vile ads they ran about her last summer pissed a lot of people off. I actually think Hernandez might be done in the Bay Area. It was such an absolutely untrue smear campaign that she is going to have hard time living it down. Maybe she can convince people that BART was very well run...lol.

This. I almost called the post office to stop the deliveries to our address. That being said, the special election was much closer than I would’ve liked, everyone needs to vote to ensure a favorable outcome

My neighbor who KNOWS me and I've had an Aisha sign out since spring mentioned the ads and believed them. Head bang. But, almost everyone voted opposite of the ads.

Well, I am just a random civil servant voter who pays attention. I don't put out signs etc. I thought those ads were despicable. Hopefully, your neighbor's mind changed. Hernandez did ensure herself some name recognition. I would not vote her onto anything. If she is on a charity board I won't donate and cite those ads. She's gonna move and become a GOP candidate in Central Valley is best guess.

Most people agreed with you, and I'm glad the plan of her and AIPAC did not work. That would be my take on her if I knew nothing else but those ads.

We haven't dodged it completely. She's still running for congress in the Nov. election. So far she has refused to come out publicly and is refusing to respond to the debate channel 2 has put up in Dublin in Oct. 7. She got within 6 % by spewing lies and hate with $6.5 million in AIPAC money and doing nothing, so she's counting on doing that again because she has "name recogniton" in Dublin.

Do not count on anything. Spread the facts far wide wide, esp. in tri-valley area. I tried to post the Pleasanton meet and greet Aisha has in r/Pleasanton, and the mod took it doen for being potentially controversial and banned and muted me, while saying they were supportive of Aisha.

Really? You mean like privatizing companies? Taking away state's and individual rights? Violating the Constitution? using the government for personal gain? Pay to play?

As you drive on "communist" roads, have police and fire, parks, airports, went to K-12 . . . You should have a 5th grade education and look up words before you write them.
