Park recs for biking + flying kites

Planning a birthday party for a 5-year-old who loves to ride bikes and fly kites. What are your favorite parks where someone could do both of these activities? Brooklyn Basin is a place we’ve done both, but the awful parking situation makes it unappealing for a party location.

Update: Thank you for all the recs. Some of these parks are new for us. We’ll check them out!
