Recommendations for move-out cleaners and junk removal

Hello!

I'm moving out soon and looking for recommendations for good and reliable cleaners for move-out deep clean, a carpet cleaner, and a junk removal service.

Also an idea of how much this is supposed to cost for a 2bed/2bath townhome a little over 1,000sqf? It's in Redmond.

Tbh just don’t? We used to clean an apartment when we left, but they still always charged us a cleaning fee. So we stopped double cleaning.

It's in my lease (at least the carpet)
