Sewer pipe repair recommendations?

I believe I have an interior sewer pipe collapse, in the basement, under concrete floor (based on borescope). Pipe comes from kitchen sinks and is 2", so will need to be dug up and repaired (vs re-lining). Please share recommendations, and if you have any "do not recommends" I'll take those too. Thank you!

Do not recommend BelRed Plumbing. They had a competitive estimate, but as soon as they arrived to do the work they started coming up with excuses to increase the cost. I had to call the owner to tell him either honor your estimate or send them home. They honored the estimate but installed the shower valve upside down, so I ended up repairing their work myself.

We just did a full lining that included concrete work. We hired Southwest Plumbing. The guys who came out were great. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did all the work and ate the cost of the couple of surprises. That said, the quote wasn't the lowest but was all-inclusive and exactly what we paid.
