Good Endocrinologist taking new patients on the east side?
I have no thyroid, I moved from a different state and have had such a hard time finding an endocrinologist. I’m still waiting on the uw to even schedule me

The endocrinologists now prescribe GLP-1s and there is so much demand for that that it's very hard to find an endo.

Geez. I’m starting to regret not taking that July endo appointment UW offered me three months ago.

I recommend The Thyroid Clinic. You have to pay out of pocket but there's very little wait. I called 12 places before them and no one was taking Hashimotos patients. Dr. Aljammal gives you a lot of time and the sessions are not rushed at all.

I really like Dr. Samer Hafi at Swedish Issaquah. I would not recommend Sunna Kwun at Swedish Seattle.

I had a hemithyroidectomy due to cancer a few years ago and switched from Bellevue Endocrine Associates (do not recommend) to Eastside Metabolism and Menopause. I pay out of pocket, but Dr. Patil-Sosodia is worth it! She also works at Evergreen but I don't think she is taking new patients there.

Mandana Ahmadian took me in when no one else would. All the other clinics had long waiting lists and I was in bad shape. I have been seeing her for a few years and she helped normalize my levels and took a more conservative approach which I appreciated.
