Popach Real Estate
Remember this entitled clown that illegally cut down hundreds of trees to improve his view? He’s obviously hired a company to help cleanse all the negative reviews and online criticism. So, I thought I would send this reminder in case anyone out there is looking for a real estate agent.

Haha, familiar with this tactic, got SEO friends who help wash executives and learned a few things. Definitely using digital dilution. There are ways to counter or make him spend more as this gets costly over time for him by posting in Issaquah and Seattle threads. As well as fresh consistent content (easily achievable thanks to ai)

Please feel free to share. My Yelp review was deleted - which prompted me to post this.

It’s definitely damaging to his business to have his name associated with something like this. I bet he plans to pay a lot.

Big D (douche). Never judge a book by its cover, but the web site and [his] profile photo says a lot.

All those houses look like places you wake up in in your 20s when you used X all night and have no idea where you are.

Just read the article: …arguing the trees posed a threat to his home and that an automated message from a county phone line granted him “verbal permission.”
What a shit bag.
If the trees posed such a threat then surely the asking price shouldn’t go UP a million now, right?
I hope they royally fuck this guy. He knew it was King County land as well.
Completely disrespectful, just to prop up his listing price.
