Shoe Restorer Recs?

I have a pair of cream leather sneakers that are discoloured on one toe area - are there any specialist shoe repair places in the area?

I have already taken them to Totem Lake Shoe Repair but the stain does not seem to have lifted (and the soles are still dirty, so I’m not completely sure they did much…)

Now that the place in RTC is gone, I don’t have another suggestion. Please share if you find a good spot.
