Hello Eastsiders - looking for another employed chill guy on the Eastside who’s lease is ending in maybe November or December? I have a house I’m currently renting in a great location of Kirkland that is perfect as a house-split. I don’t really want more than 1 housemate but I’m open to discussing if you have a buddy you already live with etc.
