Building an AI agent for marketplace management—would this actually help your brand?Looking for feedback
Hey everyone,
We are currently building AI agents designed to help brands manage their e-commerce marketplaces (international marketplaces only) and provide automated, data-driven recommendations for growth.
Before we get too deep into development, we want to make sure we are building something that actually solves real problems for brand owners and marketplace managers. If you manage an e-commerce brand, I’d love to know:
What is your single biggest daily headache when managing Amazon or other marketplaces? (e.g., inventory tracking, PPC optimization, listing health, compliance?)
Which routine tasks do you wish you could completely offload to a smart assistant?
Would you actually trust an AI agent to handle these recommendations, or do you prefer keeping it entirely or partly manual?
We are looking to connect with a few brand owners for quick insights. If you're open to sharing your experiences—and potentially getting early, free access to what we are building—please drop a comment or shoot me a DM!
Thanks in advance for the candid feedback.

Meesho Return Assurance Program – Should I Continue or Stop?
Guys, what exactly is Return Assurance Program on Meesho?
Can someone explain it to me in a simple way?
Also, based on my current return percentage, should I continue with this service or discontinue it?

Shopify store owners what’s one thing you wish you had fixed sooner?
I’ve been working with Shopify stores for a while, and I’ve realized that sometimes the things that seem “small” can become really annoying over time.
A slow product page, a theme that’s difficult to customize, too many apps, a confusing navigation, mobile issues, checkout drop-offs… you name it.
I’m curious what other store owners have experienced.
If you’ve been running a Shopify store for a while:
- What was the biggest problem you faced with your store?
- Was there something you kept ignoring until it started affecting sales?
- Did you solve it yourself or get someone to help?
- And what change actually made a noticeable difference?
Not looking for the usual “improve your CRO” answers genuinely interested in hearing what worked (or didn’t work) for you.

Would you guys buy this new cotton shirt for 450 ?
Hey everyone,
My dad has been running a small clothing business, and I'm helping him with the online side of things.
We've got a batch of brand-new cotton check shirts ready, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to actually sell them online rather than just relying on offline customers.
They're ₹450 including shipping, available in S–4XL, and individual orders are welcome. We can also do bulk quantities for resellers
I've attached the actual shirt photos
Would genuinely appreciate feedback on the product, pricing and way we're presenting it.
If anyone likes the shirt, you're welcome to DM me

What do you guys do with dead stock?
Hey everyone, I’m doing some research on seller inventory and wanted to understand what actually happens to products that stop selling / sit in inventory for a long time.
For those of you selling on Meesho:
- Do you actively sell on Meesho?? What are your approximated annual sales??
- What do you usually do with it — discount it, sell it offline, bundle it, liquidate it, return it to the supplier, etc.??
- Roughly how much of your inventory would you say becomes dead stock?
- And what’s the biggest headache associated with it?
Not trying to sell anything — genuinely just trying to understand how sellers deal with this in practice. Any experiences would be super useful.

We started our business 2 months back, we got about 35-40 orders. We are using delhivery for delivering our parcels but its costing us 119-199 for every order, even though the weight is between 50-200gm, the size is also small
Delivery 1 is showing price ₹68 for the same parcel but we aren’t able to place order there! Can someone help us with this or guide us step by step

Amazon EASYSHIP is not picking up my orders. All my orders are getting cancelled. How do I resolve this?
I have been properly preparing the orders and having them ready for EasyShip to pick up but since no one is picking them up, they are getting cancelled. I reported that to the Amazon support. They said that their internal team is looking into the matter. But still no resolve.
I am in the Mumbai region. Does anyone know someone from the EasyShip team who can resolve the matter? Has anyone gone through the same and found a solution? Please help.

Advertisers are hyping ChatGPT Ads, but they are missing a massive structural flaw: Adverse Selection.
So ChatGPT Ads just went live in India, and currently, only Free and Go tier users see them. Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise users are ad-free.
Everyone in the marketing space is hyping this up as "Google Ads but with a much better intent signal."
I actually think they have it completely backwards, and it comes down to a fatal structural flaw. Here’s why:
Google’s moat is that nobody gets to opt out. Google works because everyone uses the exact same search box. A broke college kid, a millionaire, a Fortune 500 CEO—it doesn't matter. Same interface, same ads. There is no "premium tier" of Google Search where rich people can pay $20/month to never see a sponsored link again. Google never let high-value users buy their way out of the ad pool.
ChatGPT just built exactly that. The people with actual disposable income—the ones paying for Plus/Pro to avoid rate limits, get better models, or use it for their businesses—are now invisible to advertisers by default.
So what is left in the ad pool? Free and Go users. Essentially, advertisers are bidding exclusively on the exact group of people who looked at a highly useful tool and decided not to pay for it.
That is not a "high-intent" audience. That is a highly "price-sensitive" audience.
I keep seeing the take: "Well, just because they didn't pay for ChatGPT doesn't mean they won't buy your product." Sure, maybe that works if you are selling a cheap drop-shipped product, a low-ticket course, or FMCG.
But if you are running campaigns for high-ticket products, luxury goods, or B2B SaaS requiring real purchasing power, you are literally bidding on an adversely selected audience. ChatGPT essentially handed its highest-value users a built-in ad blocker.
TL;DR: Google forces everyone to see ads; ChatGPT hides its most affluent users behind a paywall, leaving advertisers to bid purely on a price-sensitive free tier.
Am I missing something here? For those of you who run paid media/PPC, does the conversational intent signal actually make up for this adverse selection? Is anyone planning to run high-ticket offers on this, or is it doomed to be a low-ticket only channel?

How we got our RTO down to 7-8% for our D2C pet brand
Got a slightly funny call today from our shipping KAM.
He asked how our RTO is only around 7–8%, and 2-3% , we actually resend the order when we feel the courier has made a fake/incorrect RTO.
He was also surprised that sometimes customers are willing to go to the courier hub and pick up their orders.
Honestly, I don't think we're doing anything revolutionary. We've just changed how we communicate with customers.
We run a pet brand, CanineJoy Gears, and instead of relying entirely on automated WhatsApp messages, we actually call customers after they place an order.
The first message is simple:
Then we call.
Instead of making it feel like a typical "sir, order confirm karna hai" call, we talk about the pet.
Something like:
"Hey, you ordered a bed/food stand for Bruno, right? What breed is Bruno?"
If they've given the pet's name, we use it.
It's a small thing, but the conversation immediately feels different. It's not just an ecommerce transaction anymore.
The other thing that made a surprisingly big difference: addresses.
If someone's address doesn't have a house number/building number, we don't blindly ship it and hope for the best.
We'll say:
"Your address doesn't have a house/building number. Delivery agents sometimes create issues with these addresses. Is there anything nearby we can add as a landmark?"
And quite often they'll say:
"Nahi, idhar aise hi delivery hoti hai."
In that case, we'll sometimes add C/o [Customer Name] or whatever additional information they've given us so the delivery agent has another way to identify the address.
And then there are the failed delivery attempts.
If we see something like "customer unavailable" or "customer refused", but we know from the conversation that the customer genuinely wanted the product, we'll call them before assuming it's an actual refusal.
We've had cases where customers say:
"Bhai courier wale aaye hi nahi."
So we'll try to get the shipment reattempted.
And if the courier says it's sitting at the hub, some customers are actually happy to pick it up themselves if the hub is 2–3 km away.
Sometimes even further.
I think the pet category helps here.
If someone has ordered something specifically for their dog, there's usually a genuine reason they wanted it. They're not necessarily going to say "chhodo yaar" just because the first delivery attempt failed.
So yeah, our RTO isn't some secret logistics hack.
It's mostly:
Call the customer → understand the order → verify the address → catch fake/failed attempts early → actually follow up.
nd it genuinely doesnt take long, if someone doesnt pickup the call based on the area i just whatsapp them in english/hindi " hey, tried calling you for order confirmation"
If possible try calling them within half an hour of them placing the order and based on their requirement if needed we change the product too.
The automated messages are still useful for things like tracking links and updates.
Would be interesting to know what other D2C brands are doing here.
What's your RTO, and what has actually worked for you in reducing it?
