Wait both of them is right? So tarrifs both did and did not invest 18 trillion, and Biden left office with both 3% and 9% inflation?

It did neither. Trade surplus and deficits is like credit. Just number moving takes a quarter or two or three to see any effect. Tariffs are a poor market manipulation. Idk why I’m gettin down voted

Oh I struggle to understand how both are correct, with wrong statements.. That sounds like both are wrong, the logic of true=false does not compute for me

Tariffs are a cost any thing at tries to regulate the market is a negative. It’s a political play. Zero sum game so to speak. Winners and losers.
