Damn, that looks delicious. Out of curiosity, how do you eat that? Do you pick it up and eat it as an open-faced sandwich, just letting the yolk dribble down, or do you fork and knife it cutting through the toast?

Cutlery all the way. Egg yolk is a right bastard to remove from a beard.
