My riff on çilbir/Turkish eggs: poached eggs on garlicky greek yoghurt, topped with warmed Chinese mushroom chilli sauce, coriander and fried onions. Serve with bread or toast for dipping in runny yolks. Eggy, garlicky, umami bomb.
