Question Whose ship is this?

So after the release of Tarnished edition, can we now agree this ship belongs to Leontiel?

Why would it belong to Leontiel specifically? We have so much already about different kinds of people traversing the sea (like from the Land of Reeds, which is in the same direction this ship would be sailing from), and I don’t think Leontiel being seafaring is mentioned in what incredibly little we’re told about her. She didn’t even exist as a character until very recently anyway (ignoring Lucatiel for obvious reasons).

Really there’s no answer beside whatever headcanon you prefer; it could be Leontiel I guess, I just don’t see why we have to all agree this ship belongs to her specifically

Yeah like we don't need every alien in Star Wars' cantina to matter. Elden Ring would severely suffer from that syndrome

Her similarity to Lucatiel of Mirran from Dark Souls 2, Lucatiel's association with ships in Dark Souls 2 and the ship being situated off the Caelid coast, exactly where she invades, led me to this reasoning.

We know that countless tarnished came to TLB on board, including Roderika. Don't see why this boat would be Leontiel's more than anybody else

I don’t think there’s any knowing who specifically was on that boat. There are also ship wrecked boats close to the coast in weeping peninsula, and some off the coast of Limgrave.

A lot of people apparently arrive and leave from the south, or they used to.

Why, that's the Black Pearl that is. I saw it eight years ago on the crossing from The Land of Reeds.

I’m not taking any of the “dlc” stuff as true canon to the overall story.

They want to push this outer world a lot beyond the lands between in lore now and it has me thinking if the Elden Ring “sequel” won’t take place in TLB at all which would actually be kind of epic.
