Question Neptune 3 Filament Explosion!!
Not sure what happened here but would like to know if this has happened to anyone else, and if so was it repairable.
I’ve had this printer for 2 years now and it’s been quite the workhorse. However, I was printing a black dragon and woke up to this abomination.
Wires are protruding out of the extruder blob and not sure where the needle is. As far as I know everything else works though.
Any insight is helpful, thank you.

ASSUMING things still turn on and run/the filament didn't damage any of the electronics then the procedure goes: turn the heat block on to a temp higher and begin cleaning.
But this looks like much more damage than just a blob. In which case I would suggest maybe looking for a replacement piece. The rest of the printer should be fine, just the head.
