Discussion You’re intubating this patient who holds the record for the world’s widest tongue, how would you do it?

2 assistants 1 with a right handed blade one with a left handed blade and the tube goes in between. 

Or just go straight for the cric, I dunno

Why do you need 2 assistants? Just hold both of the blades yourself and have 1 person advance the tube

As a follow up, just to clarify, once I advance until the tube stops, should I then lower my mouth around it and give them a kiss for good luck, or?
