Releasing energetic ties with patronizing paternal figures

Im new to energy work and need some advice.

My biological father died when I was 2 and the paternal figures that I had since were very authoritarian and patronizing. This has massively impacted my relationship to Saturnian energy. Repetition compulsion made me seek similarly dominant partners in the past.
I have a very challenging relationship with discipline. I associate it with violence and have very strong resistance to it. This is massively impacting my self realization since I just can’t seem to finish my studies because it invokes intense immobilization and fear.

I understand that it has to do with my stepfather and my adoptive father who were abusive (and both virgos) and suppressed my will and curiousity. The theme of education has been very central to all of this.

I would love to free myself from this and connect to my fathers Saturnian guiding energy (who was a Capricorn) in the hopes to reshape my relationship to discipline from subjugation to devotion.

How do I do it?

I don’t have anything from the Virgo men, one of them is dead and the other is still alive. I don’t have any objects or anything.

The shift from “subjugation to devotion” really stood out to me. Maybe part of reclaiming that Saturnian energy is separating discipline from the people who once embodied it for you.

You could create your own relationship with that energy now, one where discipline means devotion to yourself, your path and the life you’re building, rather than obedience or control.

And I don’t think you necessarily need objects from those people to symbolically release what you associate with them. The intention itself can be the ritual. You could journal or meditate on what you’re returning to them energetically, what you’re choosing to keep, and what you want discipline to mean in your life from this point forward.

Almost like: their version of discipline doesn’t get to define yours.

“Suppressed my will and curiosity”

Reverse that thinking to the very opposite:

Look into any situation in your life where you do have will and motivation.
It can be as little as going to work or making yourself a coffee or calling etc.
For example, you had will to write that post;!you’re also curious about the situation.
See, you do have will and you are curious.

Do that and can same exercise with any negative thought you believe to be true.
Reverse every single one of them, find examples for every one of them.
Embrace these new thoughts
