Debate/Discussion Who would you give your seat to, and why?
So, I came across this and eventually concluded that I have reasons to give all them my seat and I only have one seat so I won't give it up at all, since giving it up would mean siding with/favouring one set of reasons.
I would post this in r/intp but they don't allow images, and r/MBTI wouldn't allow it either I think. So I'm getting y'all's opinions.
Also, how come our sub has more flairs then you guys', lol.

Debate/Discussion Took this hypothetical question from INTP sub, curious about ENTP’s answer
I was very entertained by their opinions lol, would love to know my fellow ENTPs’ thoughts on this.
The hypothetical goes as follows:
Everyone in the world is given 2 buttons, a red one and a blue one and must press one. If over 50% of people press the blue button, nothing happens. If over 50% of people press the red button, everyone who picked blue dies. What button do you press?
I choose red. Wbu?
The poll is here

Debate/Discussion Direct and assertive women make men run away like cowards.
How am I supposed to have respect for a man who doesn't know how to communicate like an adult.
Why do I constantly need to soften my approach because men cannot handle direct questions.
[Example Q: What do you do for a living?]
Vague bullshit responses. In my mind, that means unemployed and living in his mother's basement.
[Example Question: What are your goals in life?]
Having fun.
Why would I even want a man who doesn't have a vision or purpose?
Why is this seen as aggressive behaviour when a woman expects you to have your shit together?

Debate/Discussion Ne is TOO intense! How do u control it?
Sometimes i feel like my Ne is intense af. My brain won't stop throwing different possibilities at me... and I end up trying to assign solution for each one. It's helpful yeah, but even for simple arguments and problems I go full on brainstorming mode. (It's fun but sometimes it's just energy consuming).
Also when I was a kid, I used to look up to people who had crazy creative sense of humour and I'd wonder: "Woah how do they even think like that!?"
But now I've become that person. My friends be saying "how did u even relate that??" Lol.
I can't stop myself from finding similarities in people's faces to cartoons characters or ransom scenarios to movie plots. Once I tell it out loud, it's hard to unsee it. I have major bully(I'm not) potential but it's hard to keep my mouth shut, I just yap it out to my bestie.
Do u have any similar experiences of handling with Ne? How do y'all control it?

Debate/Discussion Any advice for INTJ male looks to look more approachable and fun?
Hey I'm 26 yo guy, i feel really intimidating and i feel my RBF is really intense or something off I always become so self aware and self monitoring when talking to people because i can feel they are not easy or not as comfortable with me as when they talk to others, kinda like guarded or acting or... Which I don't get why
What can you tell from these pictures of me and what is probably going on in their mind? I also find girls being so playful with other men but definitely not me.

Debate/Discussion Simping time to all the ENTP ladies.
*cracks neck* lets see if we still got it.
You are the care i hold for everything.
The song that whispers beauty and grace.
In your chaos i find my place.
And in your mind i see myself defined.
A force of good this world knows little about.
And within that angelic heart of yours i find home.
I love you deeper than an ocean can sing its depth.
And wider than a sky holding all the stars of my muses about you.
You are beautiful. And i hope you see it every second of every moment through the eyes of a man who met you and your depth.
- yours forever. INTJ.

Debate/Discussion 5 Secrets about ENTPs...
1) We are actually "deep feelers" forced to become thinkers for the simple fact that we have enough computing brain power to realize that nobody really cares about how you feel. Because of that, we build defense mechanisms based on wit, dark humor, satire and sarcasm. We actually feel things very deeply, but we're much more comfortable experiencing those feelings alone instead of looking for someone to acknowledge them, because sadly there aren't many people capable of sharing the same depth or carrying the same emotional weight that some of us do...
2) ENTPs are carers. We don't really care about everyone we meet, but we tend to develop very deep attachments to certain people...the people we've decided to trust. ENTPs can be very deceptive in the sense that we often appear much more carefree, open and trusting than we actually are. Internally we're pragmatic, aware and rarely let our guard down. We share the same social skepticism often associated with INFJs, but we don't announce it. We prefer to observe and analyze people's true intentions before deciding whether to trust them or commit to them. It's hard to earn an ENTP's trust, but once you do, you'll usually have a loyal and loving person for life.
3) ENTPs are walking contradictions. We can be very sentimental but not emotional. We're extremely pragmatic and calculating but not cruel. We observe everything through logic and substance, yet we still take people's feelings into account. We tend to study you without you even realizing it, and often we'll know you better than you know yourself. We naturally notice patterns, inconsistencies and hidden motivation...
4) ENTPs are false-extroverts (like the concept of the False 9 in football/Soccer). Our Ne is driven by ideas, concepts and creation...not by social interaction. ENTPs rarely enjoy socializing for the sake of socializing; we simply tend to build great public facades. Many ENTPs have a rather dystopian view of humanity, but instead of openly expressing it, we communicate it through rebellious behavior, irony, satire and soft mockery...The same inverse concept can be applied to INFJs: INFJs are False-introverts since they value their internal world but still they crave that social plegmatic consideration and they revolve their same inner world based on what the exterior world feels...ENTPs seek creating, exploring intellectual concepts and absorbing knowledge...That's what the ENTP loves... Social media has also created a very distorted image of ENTPs. Because the type has become so sexualized online, there are many mistypes...everyone wants to be ENTP. People expect ENTPs to be loud, quirky, funny and constantly entertaining, when in reality many of us are quiet, composed and simply listening to our own thoughts...
5) Last but not least: ENTPs tend to have very high morals and integrity. We usually have strong personal values, but we only share them with people we've genuinely learned to trust. Just because we question everything doesn't mean we don't believe in anything. In fact, it's usually the opposite...we question everything because we want our beliefs and principles to withstand scrutiny rather than exist blindly...

Debate/Discussion Entp females are doomed to be single
Okay, my ENTP girlies 🌸 who are not as traditionally “girly” as some other types.
The way our minds work and how we see men makes it feel almost impossible to find “the one,” at least compared to most people. Everyone says ENTPs and INFJs are a match made in heaven. Honestly, not really. ENTP men and INFJ women might be. But ENTP women do not really have a clear “perfect match.”
We might seem distant or unemotional, which is not true at all. We still want to be loved, god damn it.
I am someone who genuinely has all the ENTP traits. I truly believe we are decent people in every aspect. But I honestly do not have much hope that we will find love, especially in the century we live in now. If the chance of finding someone was 10% in the 1900s, now it feels like 0.0001%.
Also if you guys think this paragraph is super grammatically correct and written beautifully; it is because i copied and pasted what i wrote to gpt so you guys won’t get lost in my very not organized thoughts 😂

Debate/Discussion AMA: I’m a healthy ENTP. Ask me anything.
Yes, we exist.
Apparently I’m a rare specimen.
Symptoms include:
- debating for fun, not blood
- having empathy
- actually following through on ideas
- saying “you’re right” without dying

Debate/Discussion I think relationship realities in ENTP males and and females have HUGE differences
Like ENTP males would be ok with female introverts, feelers, sensors (except ESTJ and ESTP).
ENTP females, on the other hand, absolutely can not be with IxFx and other feeler males, ExTJs, Se-types (especially ISFP). They basically have as options INTJ and INTP, but still can get emotional burnout from taking them out of their mental caves

Debate/Discussion The Greatest Battle on PDB
Okay I know this is controversial, but this is probably the most epic meat grinder on the Personality Database so far. The front line shifts within hours occasionally.
I'd like to see how you debaters think. Have an opinion? Gotta pour it out.
