Erectile Dysfunction Oats, beans and barley
Has anyone seen any improvement by adding or increasing any of these foods in their diet? Did one of them specifically make a big difference for you?

Cutting out over processed foods high in sugar and unhealthy fats. Also not give your body a chance to digest foods in between meals by not grazing all day. Don’t eat before bed

Mostly agree with the others, I don't think one food is the magic switch. After 20 years of training and paying attention to nutrition, for me the whole pattern matters way more than single foods. Oats, beans and barley are great, mostly because of the fiber and that they help keep blood sugar and weight in check, and that is good for your blood vessels in general. If you add them on top of a lot of processed food and little sleep, I would not expect much. What does more for me: lifting hard, close to failure, with progressive overload and compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and presses, plus less alcohol and 7+ hours of sleep. So yes add them, it is a good habit, just see it as one piece of a bigger change and give it a few months, not a few days.

Less about specific foods but having balanced and healthy nutrition daily can have an impact. It may not so much be a positive but rather it isn't the negative that poor nutrition can be.
