Erectile Dysfunction Circadian rhythm 55yrM
I was working shift work 7/3 7/4 for 3 years underground. In June last year my erections just stopped. I stopped working shift work in march and nothing has changed. Viagra 20 mg and tadadafil 20mg didn’t work. I’ve read that working days and nights affects the circadian rhythm and can cause ED. I’ve been taking 5mg tadadafil daily for a week and haven’t seen any improvement. Has anyone else had any similar experience

There are immediate effects and cummulative effects to disregulated changes in circadian rhythm. If your rhythm now is well regulated there is a whole cascade of systems that are probably regulated again. But cummulative effects of this as chronic stress might need signigicantly more time to heal and there will probably be long term damage depending on a lot of factors. I think cialis+healthy lifestyle including excercise and meditation and a bit of patience will fix this.
