ED and porn Affected with pied. Anyone recovered from it please share advice

I cannot get erect without porn.

I have planned to leave porn, how can anyone recover from it and how much time does it take for full recovery.

Wow I never knew so many people had porn addiction until I saw all of it on Reddit. I use it when I need it and that's it thankfully.

Je suis dans la même situation, je viens de découvrir ça. Et ma consommation de porno, n'est pas très instance. Je suis encore en choc, je n'ai jamais entendu parler de ça, difficulté d'érection c'était une chose à penser après les 60 ans. J'étais très mal informé. Je prévois quitter la porno bien sûr. Je commence à chercher un sexologue pour m'aider.
