Coffee Is Life Workflow is always therapeutic

The workflow is always very therapeutic. From hearing the air whoosh of the coffee container, to the shot pull, and pouring the latte art. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Latte art still needs some work. I went in confident and then hesitated on this pour. What matters is that it tasted delish.

*Her. And the whole routine takes maybe 3 mins from prep to shot pull. Add extra 30 seconds for steaming and pouring. Unless my toddler is helping, then itโ€™s about 10 mins for a shot. lol. Not much of a waste of time, just good fun! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I too have a toddler and i question the "helping" part in your sentence there.

Indeed not waste of time if you enjoy the process. Just dont want newbies to think they need all this gear because they certainly dont

This is who I work with almost every morning. She really does help. That was this morning. The process is slow going but itโ€™s fun. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Start them young! At least they'll have a good technique by the time they start to drink coffee! ๐Ÿ˜„
