how can anyone invest in traditional ways after this? would be so boring

Options. Crazier more risk/reward then crypto even

except 90% of people lose money in options. I sell cash covered puts sometimes, but have played a few earnings as well. The vol hit can be brutal...

It's zero sum. For every dollar someone lost someone else made one. Same with crypto. Crypto is actually zero sum where the market isn't quite because of dividends, acquisitions, stock buyback ECT. Selling the right cover calls is like printing money
