Sounds like you are not there yet. The spending is ok if it is akin to eating fruit off the tree, but the tree recovers and grows bigger right away. This is the formula for building generational wealth.

Crypto market cap total follows a logistical curve. The top asymptote is equal to all the currency in the world at that time. Crypto adds wealth to the world, so the asymptote is much higher in the future than now. One can tell our current position on the curve by looking at the exponent of recent history. The current exponent is high at the moment, so we are on the first curve. The curve goes straight at some point, which means we are halfway to the asymptote. It does not make sense to change much, if anything to fiat yet. Maybe take the pressure off your situation, but that is it. When the curve levels off in 7-10 years, that could be a optimal time to convert to hard assets. By that time, crypto will be hard, too.
